- You need 250 gms okra
- Prepare 1 bowl curd
- Prepare 3 green chillies
- Take 2 medium sized onion
- Prepare as required Coriander leaves for garnishing

- Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Prepare 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

- Wash and cut okra.
- Slice onion and fry them till changes colour and keep aside in the same oil add okra fry and keep aside.
- Now take oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it crackle, to this add Ginger garlic paste and meanwhile make paste of fried onions
- Once the ginger garlic paste changes colour add onion paste and slitted green chillies with turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder with salt.
- And cook on sim till oil separates, to this add whisked curd and fried okra and leave till all the masala gets cooked well
- Lastly, add coriander leaves and serve with phulkas.
