  1. You need 250 gms okra
  2. Prepare 1 bowl curd
  3. Prepare 3 green chillies
  4. Take 2 medium sized onion
  5. Prepare as required Coriander leaves for garnishing
  6. Use 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  7. Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions to make Dahi bhindi(okra):
  1. Wash and cut okra.
  2. Slice onion and fry them till changes colour and keep aside in the same oil add okra fry and keep aside.
  3. Now take oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it crackle, to this add Ginger garlic paste and meanwhile make paste of fried onions
  4. Once the ginger garlic paste changes colour add onion paste and slitted green chillies with turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder with salt.
  5. And cook on sim till oil separates, to this add whisked curd and fried okra and leave till all the masala gets cooked well
  6. Lastly, add coriander leaves and serve with phulkas.
