- Use 250 gms okra (ladies finger)
- Take 11/2 tbsp coriander powder

- Wash okra in running water and dry it with clean kitchen towel.
- If okra is in small sized cut it's crown and tail only. But if it is long cut in to two pieces. And give cut from middle. Keep it a side.
- In a plate took coriander powder, decicated coconut, red chilli pwder, salt, dry mango pwder, Asafoetida and turmeric pwder mix it well.add little water or oil for moisture.
- Fill this masala in okra properly.
- Now heat oil in kadhai, add cumin and mustard seeds in it. Then add stuffed okra in it saute kadhai with it's handle instead of using spoon.. Then add 1/4 cup of water in it and cover it. Cook it till it becomes soft. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it with chapati.
