  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Okra (ladies finger)
  2. You need As needed Oil
  3. Provide 2 pinches Asafoetida
  4. Use 1 tsp Gram flour
  5. Provide 1 pinch carrom seeds
  6. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  7. Provide 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  8. Use 2 tsp curd
  9. You need 1 tsp Coriander pwder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  11. Get 1 tsp red chilli pwder
  12. You need To taste Salt
  13. Use 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions to make Spicy Okra:
  1. Wash okra and dry it with clean kitchen towel.
  2. Cut it's head and tail, then cut in long pieces.
  3. Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds, carom seeds, Asafoetida in it. Add finely chopped green chillies and saute it. Now add okra and saute it on full flame fastly, in between add salt, turmeric pwder and gram flour keep steering.
  4. When okra started becoming dry add red chilli pwder,garam masala, Coriander pwder in it.
  5. If you are adding curd rise flame again and stir it fastly if you r adding lemon juice add in last when you off the flame and if you are adding dry mango pwder add it when okra cook till 80%
  6. Serve it with chapati.
