  2. Prepare 1/2 cup Rice flour

Steps to make Onion Dosa:
  1. Take a bowl and add rava,rice flour and curd.
  2. Mix it well and soak it for 5-10 minutes.
  3. If it gets thickened add water to adjust your consistency.
  4. Chop onions,green chillies, Tomatoes and coriander leaves finely.
  5. Add onions to the rava mixture.
  6. Add coriander leaves,tomatoes and the spices to it.
  7. Mix it well and then add the mustard seeds tempring and salt to it.(For mustard seeds tempring take a tadka pan and heat oil to it and add mustard seeds and let it crackle)turn off the gas as it starts crackling.
  8. Mix all the batter together.
  9. Heat tawa and pour the rava batter over it.
  10. Spread it in dosa form and put oil over it and flip it both the sides to cook it properly.
  11. Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
