- Use 1/2 cup Rava
- Prepare 1/2 cup Rice flour
- Prepare 1/2 cup Curd
- Provide 1 tbsp Mustard seeds

- Get leaves Coriander

Steps to make Onion Dosa:
- Take a bowl and add rava,rice flour and curd.
- Mix it well and soak it for 5-10 minutes.
- If it gets thickened add water to adjust your consistency.
- Chop onions,green chillies, Tomatoes and coriander leaves finely.
- Add onions to the rava mixture.
- Add coriander leaves,tomatoes and the spices to it.
- Mix it well and then add the mustard seeds tempring and salt to it.(For mustard seeds tempring take a tadka pan and heat oil to it and add mustard seeds and let it crackle)turn off the gas as it starts crackling.
- Mix all the batter together.
- Heat tawa and pour the rava batter over it.
- Spread it in dosa form and put oil over it and flip it both the sides to cook it properly.
- Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
