- Take 2 Big Sized Onion
- Get 4 Tsp Cornflour
- Prepare As needed Oil for Frying
- Use 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- Get 1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
- Take 1/2 Tsp Oregano

- Ingredients
- Peel skin off onion. Cut top and bottom of onion.
- Put flat side down - Slice the onion, leave some space in middle
- Flip the onion over and coax apart it's layers or petals
- For making the batter, in a bowl add 4 tbsp all-purpose flour or maida, salt, and water as required mix well. Set aside.

- Dip it into the dry flour mixture again. Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while you preheat the oil.
- Pour enough oil to cover the onion into a deep fryer or deep pot. Preheat the oil.
- Allow to fry one side and then flip over to fry other side until beautiful golden brown.
