- In a mixing bowl add Bengal gram / besan flour, rice flour, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well
- Then add long and thinly sliced onion, chilli curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and mix well again
- Then add water and mix until it’s a semi liquid loose bater as shown in picture below
