- Provide 1 cup dosa batter
- Use 1 onion
- Use 4 Tbsp Idli Podi
- Provide as needed Gingelly Oil
Steps to make Onion Podi Uttapam:
- Finely chopped onions and get it ready.
- Heat a pan on the stove. Once it is hot, pour a ladle of dosa batter.
- Sprinkle onions generously.
- Add idli podi on top as per your spice level. Add gingelly oil on the top and sides of the uttapam.
- Once it is cooked on one side, flip it to the other side.
- Once it is cooked on both the sides, you can serve it hot with coconut chutney.
