- Provide 1 bowl Basmati rice
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup water

- Peel, Wash and chop onions. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

- Grate tomatoes and make puree and add in cooker and saute till oil leaves the sides. Add black pepper seeds, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon and Bay leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
