  1. You need 1 3/4 cup flour
  2. Prepare 2 tsp baking powder
  3. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Use 3 oranges
  5. You need 1/2 cup milk
  6. Take 1/8 cup oil
  7. Take 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions to make Eggless Orange Cake:
  1. Pre heat oven at 180°c for 15 mins
  2. Grate the orange rind from one orange, extract juice from 2 oranges and remove the pulp of one orange. Set them aside in diff bowls.
  3. In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt then set aside.
  4. In another bowl; add orange pulp, juice, ½cup milk, oil, sugar, orange rind and mix well.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and fold in gently to form a smooth batter.
  6. Pour the batter in a well greased tin and bake for 45 mins at 180° c.
  7. Once it is ready let it rest in the baking tin for 15 mins as you prepare the frosting.
  8. Put the icing sugar and add 4 tbsp orange juice and whisk to form a smooth consistency.
  9. Remove the cake from the tin, pour the frosting on the cake and spread it gently. Let it rest for 20 mins.
