  1. Prepare 2 cups almond crushed and powdered
  2. Take 5 eggs
  3. Prepare 2 tangy Malta oranges
  4. Get 1.5 cup powdered sugar
  5. Get 1 teaspoon baking powder
Steps to make Almond Orange cake:
  1. Firstly boil 2 juicy Malta oranges in water and then simmer them for around 1.5 hrs at low heat.
  2. After cooling them grind them in a mixer to form a smooth paste
  3. Separate the eggs from whites and whisk the whites for around 5-7 minutes till it forms a frothy mix
  4. Now to it add the whisked egg yolks..and whisk for another 2 minutes
