  1. Prepare 3 tomatoes
  2. Take 1 onion
  3. You need 4 tbsp olive oil
  4. Take 1 cup ouzo
  5. Prepare 1 cup cream (heavy, light or soya)
  6. You need 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  7. Use salt and pepper
  8. Provide 1 tsp oregano
  9. You need 100 gr feta cheese
  10. Use 600 gr pasta of your choice

  1. Dice the tomatoes and onion
  2. Put 2 tbsp olive oil in a pot and add tomatoes and onion. Cook until they change color

  4. Add salt, plenty of pepper and oregano.
