Shape and cut into equal pieces of the dough, mould the pieces into round shapes and transfer into a greased pan or non stick pan. Create enough spacing between the buns. Preheat oven @ 185deg C. Cover the pan with cling wrap and allow a second rise for about 30 min to 45 min.
  5. After the second rise has taken place, dust the egg wash on your buns and transfer into oven for 13 to 15min.
