- Provide 5 cm fresh Ginger, peeled and finely chopped

- You need 440 g Crushed Pineapple in light syrup
- You need 2 large Carrots, coarsely grated
- Prepare 60 ml Yellow Curry Paste

- Use 30 ml Lime Juice
