The ingredients needed to prepare Oystreatus Salad:
- You need 100 gms Oyster mushrooms(chopped)
- You need 50 gms chikpeas (boiled)
- Provide 50 gms Avocado (peeled)
- Use 100 gms baby spinach (washed)
- Prepare 1 small onion (sliced)
- Prepare 2 tsp beetroot (grated)
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Take to taste Black pepper
- Provide 2 tsp olive oil
- Take 1 lemon
- Use Parsley (to garnish)
Instructions to make Oystreatus Salad:
- Temper all the ingredients separately in olive oil, salt, black pepper; on a low-medium flame. (Spare avocado and onion)
- Now take a serving dish, place a mould as similar to the picture,start arranging your layers one by one: chikpeas, spinach, mushrooms, avocado sprikle some lenon juice, salt and black pepper to it.
- Now finally add onions as your last layer with grated beetroot.
