- Get ragi flour
- Prepare oats flour
- You need besan
- Take curd
- Provide green chillies ginger paste
- Provide Salt
- You need Finely chopped palak(spinach leaves)

- In mixing bowl add ragi flour,oats flour, besan and curd. Mix well.
- Add enough water to make lump free semi thick dosa batter. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile wash and pat dry & chopped palak (spinach) leaves. Add green chillies ginger paste, salt to ragi - oats batter. Mix well.
- Heat dosa griddle. Grease with oil. Wipe out with wet cloth. Pour 2-3 tbsp of ragi-oats dosa batter in center. Spread in circular motion to make round dosa. Sprinkle chopped palak (spinach leaves), sprinkle little oil. Roast/ cook till lower side turn crispy.
- Flip after few minutes, roast another side till crispy. Similarly prepare all ragi-oats palak dosas.
