- Take 250 g Oyster Mushroom
- Provide 50 g Garlic Chives

- Prepare 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- Get 2 pinches Black Pepper
- Take 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- You need 2 tsp Corn Flour
- Get [Lemongrass Paste] - ground well
- Use 1 stalk Lemongrass (white part)
- You need 20 g Garlic
- Take 20 g Ginger

- MARINADE: marinate the Chicken with the Fish Sauce and Black Pepper for 30 minutes or more. When ready to fry, add Cooking Oil and Corn Flour and mix well.
