- Afterthat add chopped onion & cook them until it becomes light brown,then add chopped tomatoes & cook them completely.Finally add boiled peas & mix them.
- Add all dry ingredients like red chilli powder, turmeric,salt,pav bhaji masala,to it & mix all ingredients completely.
- Now add roasted oats & water to it.Cook it until all water absorbed by oats & it becomes dry.
