- Provide 350 gr chicken thigh/chicken wing
- Take 1 baby lettuce
- Provide sesame seeds
- Prepare deep fried oil
- Use 250 gr plain flour
- Provide 1/2 tbsp salt

- Take Marinade:
- Provide 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Provide 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Provide 3 cloves garlic chopped finely

- Marinate the chicken with fish sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the flour mixture by adding salt and pepper to the flour.
