  1. Marination:take a chicken flay and heat it flatten it and with knife make cuts then together all ingredients then add 1tbsp of soya sauce

  3. Then add 1tbsp of chilli garlic sauce,1/4tsp of black pepper and 1/4tsp of white pepper
  4. Then add 1/2tsp of garlicpowder pinch of salt and pinch of red chilli flakes
  5. Then mix and marinate for 30 mints
  6. Fries prepration :Cut 2fries and add almost 2 to 3tbsp of cornflour then heat the oil in wok and fry until golden brown it will take 10 min
  7. Sauce prepration :Add 1/4cup of milk 3tbsp of mayyoniese,1tbsp of chilli garlic sauce,2 chopped garlic cloves and 3tbsp of shredded cheese them mix with hand beater and put aside
  8. Frying and coating of chicken :for coating add 1/4cup of flour 1/4cup of broast crumb pinch of red chilli powder,1/4tsp of oregano and 1/2tsp of white pepper mix it then dip the marinated chicken in chilled water and then coat it with the prepare batter completely..
  9. Now heat oil in a wok and put the flay in the spider and press with a spoon from center and deep fry until golden brown..It will take almost 10 mints
  10. Then start assembling and put the prepared fries over the chicken and then add the prepared sauce…then sprincle chopped tomatoes sprung onions and parsley.
