- Put salt, egg, soya sauce, white pepper & cornflour into the chicken.
- Merinate the chicken for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil & deep fry the marinated chicken until light golden brown on medium flame.

- Heat up oil, add chopped garlic & fry until light golden brown.

- Cook for 10 seconds. Then add 1,1/2 cup of water.

- When it comes out in boiling stage. Then add cornflour to thick the sauce.
- Now add fried chicken & spring onion in the sauce & mix well.
