- Take 1 cup semolina
- Prepare 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- Prepare 1/2 ltr milk
- Prepare 200 gm mawa

- Soak the semolina 2-3 hrs before cooking
- Now prepare a filling by adding jaggery and coconut in a heated pan

- Grease a tawa and spread the mixture evenly
- Add the filling in to it roll and remove
