  1. Take 250 grams chopped gooseberry
  2. Provide 150 grams grated palm jaggery(karupatti)
  3. Provide 1 tsp Ajwain
  4. Use 1 tsp dry ginger powder

  1. Wash and dry the Amla with white cloth. chop and remove the seed.
  2. Add amla, ginger powder, pepper powder& Ajwain. Grind everything all together as a fine paste without adding water.
  3. Heat a pan in Low heat and start sauté the paste until its colour change to light brown or till the amla get dried. It take 4to 5mins.
  4. Once colour change add karupatti powder(palm Jaggery), chilli powder and start mixing well. In few mins it will melt. Sauté continuously until it’s become thicken. At last, add salt, black salt and lemon juice and mix well. Switch of the flame, transfer to another plate and cool down.
