- Prepare 1 pink grapefruit
- Provide 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
- Use Handful shelled pistachios
- Prepare Small pot of coconut milk yoghurt

- Cut grapefruit in half horizontally and score segments (makes it easier when you're eating it!)
