- Take whole octopus
- Take olive oil
- You need garlic
- Use lemons

Instructions to make Chargrilled Octopus:
- put octopus in pot of boiling water for 20 minutes…shut flame and let sit for another 20 minutes
- take out of pot & cut off legs as close to head as possible
- remove any loose skin with hand & wash under water
- slice up legs into half inch pieces
- put into bowl…with olive oil ..minced garlic & salt & let marinade for up to hour
- place on grill on high flames for a couple minutes on each side
