- Open the pressure cooker,mix and add tomato and brinjal.
- Close the lid and further cook for 2 whistles on high flame.Let pressure release.
- Add dalma masala.Mix.
- For tampering:Heat a pan,add ghee and allthe spices of tampering(mentioned earlier).When seeds start crackling,add to dal.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.Dalma is ready to serve.Serve with steamed/boiled hot rice.
