Instructions to make Dalma:
- Dry roast and grind to a smooth powder.
- Assemble everything.
- Take 1 glass water in a pressure cooker add turmeric, salt and tur dal. Add veggies like raw banana, pumpkin potato, papaya and cook on medium high flame for 1 whistle
- Open lid add brinjal, drumsticks, peas add salt, tej patta,some water and pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium low flame
- In a pan add oil, panch phoran, red chillies,hing add ladyfinger and tomatoes till soft. Add dal veggies and stir
- Add masala, grated coconut and cook for 5 mins. Serve hot
