- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Fry the chopped veggies one by one till crispy. - - In the same kadhai take the rest mustard oil and heat. Add the panch phoran and let it splutter. - - Add chopped onion and garlic, chopped chilli and saute till onions are translucent. - - Mix chopped ginger and saute for half minute. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and 1 tsp ghee. Cook till oil and ghee separate the cooked masala.
