  2. Take 1 chopped onion
  3. Get 1/2 tbsp panch phoran

  2. Roast the rava till golden colour. Then off the gas. Remove the rava from pan.
  3. Put a pan on gas stove. Add remaining oil. Add chopped green chillies. Then add panch phoran and curry leaves. Then add chopped onion. Fry it till brown. add 1 cup water.add salt sugar. Saute it.when the water boil add roasted rava.when the rava absorbs all the water off the gas stove. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
