  1. Provide 3 tbsp sago, rinse and soak for 10 mins
  2. Take 80 grams sugar
  3. You need 3 pandan leaves washed and knotted
  4. Get 2 overripe horn plantain or 4 bananas– peeled and sliced into 1 cm thick pieces
  5. Take 150 ml coconut milk
  6. Take 200 ml water
  7. Prepare Half tsp salt
Instructions to make Plantain Dessert:
  1. Bring water, sugar, pandan leaves and salt to boil. Stir and cook over medium heat till sugar dissolves
  2. Add in sago and coconut milk. Continue stirring to prevent curdling. Add in the plantain/bananas and cook for another 3 mins or till bananas are slightly soften.
  3. Ready to serve. Spoon into individual bowls and enjoy. Best serve warm..
