- You need 2 Tomatoes cut up
- You need 1 handful crispy lettuce
- Get 3 slices Monterey jack cheese slices, or chilli cheese slices
- Use 3 tbsp Coleslaw of your own, chilli coleslaw or peppered coleslaw are both good

- Grill your bacon
- I used part baked long baguettes put in the oven for the time stated. Slice in half all the long length way
- Butter the banquettes
- Add the cooked bacon to the bottom of the long bread all along it.
- Then arrange your cheese slices along the bread on top of the bacon. You may need to cut it to fit
- Arrange your tomatoes sliced along on top of the cheese
- Share out the lettuce on top all the way along
- With the top of the bread spread the coleslaw along and push it into the bread but not too hard.
- Lift the top and quickly put it on top of the pile press down gently and serve cut in half down the middle.
