- Get oats
- Use wheat flour
- You need brown sugar
- Use vanilla custard powder
- Prepare unsalted butter
- Prepare baking powder

- Firstly grind oats in a mixer grinder grind it to a powder form
- Now sieve wheatflour custard powder baking powder & baking soda. - Add the oats powder to it.
- Now in a mixing bowl mix butter & sugar with a spetula till it is soft & smooth
- Now add dry powder in 2-3 shift and mix well
- Now add milk little by little and knead a soft dough.
- Let it rest for 10 mins
