  1. Get 1 Pkt Tennis Biscuits
  2. Prepare 100 g margerine melted
  3. Get 1 Tin condensed milk
  4. You need 2 Eggs separated
  5. Provide 125 ml Lemon Juice
  6. Use 25 ml Castor sugar

  1. Crush biscuits and add melted but to form a biscuit base. Press base into either a round pie plate. I prefer to use a square glass bowl.
