- Take 2 Onions, peeled and diced
- Prepare 2 Bird's eye or Thai Chillies, deseeded and diced
- Provide 1 kg deboned Chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- Get 6 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- Provide 5 cm fresh Ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- Use 15 ml ground Coriander
- Prepare 1 can Coconut Cream
- Get 200 ml Almond Milk
- Provide 440 g Crushed Pineapple in light syrup
- You need 2 large Carrots, coarsely grated
- Get 60 ml Yellow Curry Paste
- Take 5 ml Salt
- Provide 2,5 ml ground black Pepper
- Provide 30 ml Lime Juice
- Prepare 50 ml fresh Coriander Leaves
