- Prepare About a cup and half of macaroni cooked halfway through

- Provide 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
- Take 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- Prepare 1 tsp dried Thyme
- Prepare 1/2 tsp chicken Portuguese spice

- Use 1 /tsp paprika
- Take 1/2 onion, chopped
- Prepare 1/2 green pepper
- You need 1 clove garlic, crushed

- Boil the macaroni as according to the package instructions, but only cook them half the prescribed time and then drain water and pour cold water to stop the cooking process
- In a pan, fry the onion, garlic and peppers for about 5 minutes
- Add the chicken cubes and fry for about 2 minutes then add all the spices besides the mustard powder
- Add the steamed brocolli florets and continuously stir for about 5 minutes
- Add the mustard powder and tomato paste and stir continuously
- Add cream and reduce heat to medium and let it simmer for about 5 minutes and then add cheese
