- Prepare 2 Medium potatoes
- Take 2 tsp Olive oil
- Use Robertson's Aromatic potato Rub
- Use 2-3 Rashers bacon
- Get 2 slices cheese

Instructions to make Hasselback Potato:
- Preheat oven at 190°. Wash/scrub a bit potatoes and then pat them dry. Slice the potatoes to about three-quarters of the way
- Brush with 1 tbsp of the olive oil, place on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 mins.
- Remove from oven and brush with remaining 1 tsp of olive oil and season With potato spice and bake for about 25 minutes again
