- Turn off the stove. add cardamom powder and lemon juice.Stir and set aside to keep the syrup slightly hot.
- Making jamuns:
- Add mava in a mixing bowl. Add maida and baking powder in the bowl mix well add milk little by little and make smooth dough

- Heat the oil /ghee on medium flame and add the balls in it fry it evenly till light golden brown
- Add the fried balls in sugar syrup and keep it aside overnight
