- For the yeast dough, combine steps 1,2 and 3 together.. And add 4-5 cups flour to make a soft and slightly sticky dough.. Leave to rise for +-2 to 3 hours or until double in size
- For the filling:
- Fry potatoes and set aside..In a pot, braise onions in butter/ghee till pinkish colour.. When almost done, add in green peppers and sauté.. - - Add chicken with all spices and sauces in a dish.. Add in tomatoes and corn to chicken as well.. - - When onions is done, add in chicken with all ingredients(as well as fried potatoes) and cook till water has dried out.. - Flatten one in the palm of ur hand and add in a tsp of chicken filling(make sure u do not put too much filling as this will cause breaking and buns to pop)
