  1. Get 4 cups sifted plain flour
  2. Use 1 pkt dry yeast (10g)
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

  2. Take the dough out and place it on a floured surface. Roll it into a log and cut them into pieces. Stretch them into squares and let it rise a further 10 mins.Pour oil in a deep pan and heat on med heat.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and place on paper towel to soak excess oil.Enjoy with any curry filling. MAKES OVER 1 DOZEN
