- Get 4 cups sifted plain flour
- Use 1 pkt dry yeast (10g)
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
- Use 1/2 tsp sugar

- Take the dough out and place it on a floured surface. Roll it into a log and cut them into pieces. Stretch them into squares and let it rise a further 10 mins.Pour oil in a deep pan and heat on med heat.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and place on paper towel to soak excess oil.Enjoy with any curry filling. MAKES OVER 1 DOZEN
