  2. Prepare 1 Can Butterbeans
  3. Take 1/2 a Blue cheese
  4. Prepare Rocket

  1. Drain and rinse butterbeans and dry between two sheets of paper towel. Season with a pinch of salt.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons butter to a non stick frying pan and fry butterbeans until crispy and golden on both sides.
